Description
I lived and worked in Singapore, a small island nation off the southern tip of Malaysia for four years and this collage combines some of the iconic things found in Singapore from exotic flowers, delicious laksa (coconut curry noodle soup) to paper umbrellas, puppets, Singha (lion-fish with a lion head and fish tail) from where Singapore gets its name and birds in cages. Owners take their songbirds to cafes and let them “talk” to each other in song contests while they sip tea. Let this image transport you to the other side of the world.
